As an Eden Method Authorized Teacher, Lisa is excited to be able to offer these classes in her community . Developed by Donna Eden and the team at Innersource, simple techniques are presented in a way that helps you experience how your energies are your best healer.

The following introductory classes are designed to support the integration of Energy Medicine as a home practice.
No energy experience needed. Suitable for adults of all abilities. Classes can be adapted for children. Please inquire.

Classes are offered on a continuous basis. If you would like to know when the next Eden Method class will start, inquire with Lisa directly. Eden Method Fundamentals Training begins June 2023

Eden Method Fundamentals Training will now be available in the Outaouais region. This has been Lisa's long-term goal for some time. Level 1 Training begins June 2023. Visit the Eden Method Fundamentals Training page for more info and to register.
