As an Eden Method Authorized Teacher, Lisa is excited to be able to offer these classes in her community . Developed by Donna Eden and the team at Innersource, simple techniques are presented in a way that helps you experience how your energies are your best healer.

​What began for Donna Eden as a small practice treating clients using energy as medicine, has evolved and transformed into a world-wide teaching style and approach that simplifies how to work with our energy systems. ​

​Eden Method empowers participants with personal home practices that offer an organic approach to healthy whole-body systems. 

Eden Method Classes

The following introductory classes are designed to support the integration of Energy Medicine as a home practice.
No energy experience needed. Suitable for adults of all abilities. Classes can be adapted for children. Please inquire.

Donna Eden’s
​Daily Energy Routine | 3+ hr   

Calming Stress | 1+ hr  

Balancing Hormones | 1+ hr 

Releasing Pain | 1+ hr 
 

Classes are offered on a continuous basis. If you would like to know when the next Eden Method class will start, inquire with Lisa directly. Alternatively, if you have a group of 6 people that would like to work with one of the above classes, let Lisa know and she will schedule one just for your group.

Eden Method Fundamentals Training begins April 2024
