Welcome to Eden Method Level 1 : Fundamentals 2025/26Here, you will find specific details about this training. This is the first year of Donna Eden’s two year certification program. It is the first step to take if you would like to become an Eden Method certified practitioner.
Level 1 can also be taken if your goal is to work on yourself and with friends and family. You will learn and practice a lot of tools in this training that are valuable without going on to the second year. Not all people who do level 1 have a practitioner goal in mind - this work blends beautifully with so many things, the possibilities are exciting and endless. Over the next year we will dive deeply into Donna Eden's work together, learning and practicing this new language of energy. |

What you will learn

Over the 4 class sessions we will be exploring 8 of the 9 Energy Systems that Donna Eden works with. We will work with this energetic anatomy, learn protocols and treatments, and learn how to energy test as a way to navigate these energy systems.

Energy is a language all it’s own. Learning a new language requires commitment, time, study, practice and repetition. There is lots to learn and practice and assimilate. When you are interested in the material, this "effort" becomes a joy and a priveledge.
For each of the four (4-day) classes, both an open book written test and a demo test are required, along with a few practice sessions. You will need some people to practice with. You will also have your new classmates! You are learning new skills along with all of the details and procedures for that. Applying this newly acquired information takes it from head knowledge and makes it real and a part of you. This can be transformative. Fully stepping into this class begins a personal healing journey and a new relationship with your own energies. This class will equip you with lifelong tools for your personal healing process. Lisa Nanni
Lisa is a teacher by nature, and has taught everything from grade 1-11, adult education, swimming, skiing, yoga, Reiki and Energy Medicine classes. After beginning Class 1 in 2013, the first thing her students and clients asked was, “When are you going to teach this?” It took a lot of discipline on her part not to jump right in - she loves to teach! Still, she wanted to develop a deep experience of being a practitioner and all that involves before passing it on. She believes to pass this kind of work on, you need to know it in your blood and bones. She is filled with awe and a deep joy every time a student or client "gets it" and understands another aspect of their own energies. She is overjoyed to be offering this program in Quebec, Canada close to Ottawa so that more people can understand and affect their own energies.

Lodging
Fly or take the train into Ottawa, Ontario and rent a car to come to Wakefield, Quebec.
There are beautiful places to stay and eat in Wakefield along the Gatineau river. Swimming, hiking and cross country skiing are walking distance from the studio. La Grange will offer corporate rates for their rooms for participants in the class. To receive this reduced rate, you'll need to contact them directly instead of using the online booking system. We are also negotiating corporate rates for other local stays and will update the site as we receive the confirmation. In the meantime, feel free to check out the these links about the area. Fees
The fee for each Class is $1195 USD, for a year total of $4780 USD + tax. Some additional class materials are required. You will receive a 30% discount code for class materials upon full payment for the first class. If you have taken the Mindvalley class with Donna Eden called Energy Medicine: A Personal Journey to Health and Vitality, you will get a store credit of $150.
Payment for each Class is required one month prior to the start of class. The registration amount can be paid in Canadian or US currency with 14.975% Quebec sales tax added. Payments may be made via Canadian cheque or e-transfer. If you are paying in US currency, you can pay by US cheque. Contact Lisa for mailing address if needed. Fee Schedule

Email Lisa if your are interested. Enrolment in the class is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of $500 CAD . This amount is deducted from your class 1 total. Class numbers are limited. |
